Is my old computer worth fixing?

How long does a computer repair take?
It depends on the problem. Diagnostics take longer because we test the machine properly before handing it back, and if a part has to be ordered we'll tell you up front.
Can you move my files to a new computer?
Yes. We do data transfers to new devices, along with setup and software updates.
Do you work on Macs?
Yes, we repair both Windows and Mac computers, laptops and desktops.
My computer is really slow. Can you speed it up?
Usually, yes. Swapping an old hard drive for an SSD, cleaning out malware and running updates makes most older computers feel new again, for far less than a replacement.
Can I mail my laptop in for repair?
Yes. If you're not near Sequim, use our mail-in repair service and we'll quote it before any work starts.
