My PS5 says "no signal." Is it the HDMI port?
Often, yes. First try another HDMI cable and another input on your TV. If there's still no picture, the port is the most common cause. Our console HDMI and overheating guide explains the signs.
How much does a PS5 HDMI port repair cost?

Why is my PlayStation so loud or getting hot?
Usually dust packed into the fan and heatsink. A cleaning and cooling service brings the noise and temperatures back down.
Will I lose my games and saves?
HDMI, fan and power repairs normally don't touch your storage. If you have PlayStation Plus, uploading your saves to the cloud first is a good idea.
Do you repair PS4 consoles too?
Yes. We repair PS4, PS4 Slim and PS4 Pro as well as every PS5 model.
Should I bring my controller?
Only if the problem involves the controller or charging. Otherwise just the console and its power cable is fine.
