My PS5 or Xbox has no picture. Can you fix it?
Very often a no-picture problem is a damaged HDMI port, which we can replace. Bring it in or call us and we'll take a look. Our console HDMI and overheating guide explains the signs.
Why is my console so loud?
Dust buildup and dried-out thermal paste make fans work harder. A fan and thermal service usually brings it back to quiet and cool.
Should I bring my controller?
Bring it if the problem involves the controller or charging. Otherwise the console and power cable are enough.
Will I lose my saved games?
Most hardware repairs like HDMI ports and fans don't touch your storage, but we recommend backing up or syncing saves to the cloud when you can.
